Brandon Locke helps first-time buyers and first responders buy and sell across Jacksonville, Fleming Island, Clay County, and the rest of Northeast Florida. After nearly a decade in law enforcement leadership, he moved into real estate. He has guided hundreds of officers and new buyers through the process — including, earlier in his career, mortgage work for law enforcement. Many officers have closed on a first home with little out of pocket using down payment assistance programs such as Hometown Heroes. Today he focuses on the transaction with Momentum Realty.
